Great piece of land for camping or family gatherings. The owners are super sweet and know all the things to do n the community nearby. The building can hold a large family and there is a nice play area and a lovely pond. I come all the way from Marshall Arkansas just to make the gathering that is always held here.

We love the ranch! The owners are available in a way we’ve never experienced, they are very helpful and prompt. There is a huge sense of community within the occupants. So many times we had a neighbor who needed help and many of the other neighbors were available right away! The holidays are beautiful, as Alisha and Mark decorate so festively. The entire ranch is beautifully kept and everyone is so giving. The pavilion is a wonderful social environment, the public shower and toilet are kept like you would in your home and the gardens are such a great additional perk, as the veggies are shared! There is so much space to walk and it is so quiet. We would have stayed forever, but we retired and are now traveling full time. When we return for the winter, we will pray there is a space available for us. Our view was impeccable.
Daisy MaePrairie Lakes Ranch is an exclusive RV/Tiny Home Park. It has a gated entrance to make you feel secure. The sites are well maintained, and are atop a hill. This provides for beautiful sunrises/sunsets as you look over the rolling hills with horses and ponds. Operated by great people who’ll make you feel right at home. Recommended you stay and enjoy the quiet, beautiful views.

I couldn’t say enough about this place and the owners. It truly does feel like a home. So much in fact that even though we are buying a house, I am sad to leave!! It is very family oriented and has a playground where the children meet and play. My husband travels often and I’ve never felt safer being left alone with the children. That kind of peace is hard to come by and is so gratefully appreciated. Thank you for giving us a home when we needed one.

This place is so awesome, wonderful , relaxing with romantic and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The pavilion has all you need outdoor kitchen for you and your guest. Also the pavilion has full toilet and shower for guest, laundry room, has a fire pit built with beautiful stones and has relaxing customer built seating for you and your guest. Also on other side has horseshoe pit for fun and swing for your relaxing times. Has a beautiful lake with animals surroundings for the perfect scenery. It’s just a great place to live or if you just want to stay couple weeks it’s a perfect get away. - Prairie Lakes Ranch RV community is a fantastic place to live in. The sunrises and sunsets are the prettiest. My wife and I was living in a large house in a city in central west Texas and the stress was unbearable. We sold our house and moved to PLR. The owners Mark and Alisha are unlike any others they treat you like family, and the other residents make you feel like family also. I started this review calling this is a community instead of a RV Park because it is like a community. There’s ponds to fish in, a pavilion to gather around a beautiful fire pit and just talk or pitch horse shoes or play corn hole there’s a outdoor kitchen, shower room, and a laundry room also well I think I have rambled on enough. So if y’all are looking for a fantastic place to live or vacation for a week or two call Mark or Alisha to make it happen, happy RV living.Glenn Snyder

This place is a slice of Heaven for folks looking to “full time” in an RV or tiny home. The park is tucked away on a big hill and is gated. The pavilion is one of my favorite parts of the park with a beautiful in ground fire pit and enough room to seat at least 10 people in big Adirondack chairs around it. The pavilion also has an outdoor kitchen with a huge TV and tables and chairs to accommodate many. The horseshoe pits and corn hole boards are a plus, not to mention a full size bathroom. Another breath taking spot is the pond with the gorgeous sunsets behind. The owners, Mark and Alisha go way above and beyond to make “happy campers” . I have witnessed many acts of kindness to meet everyone’s needs, even when it was below zero…. truth! The folks that live here are all friendly and I felt extra safe as a background check is done on all staying. I would encourage anyone looking to “full time” to choose Prairie Lakes, they are hands down the best and I’ve been doing this 4 years so trust my words!

Stop researching and just go ahead and book your spot!! I’ve done lots of traveling and this place is pure country paradise – no other RV facility like it in North Texas and the value can’t be beat. PLR is small enough to offer real peace and quiet while friendly enough to cast a line or poke a fire with the hosts on a slow evening.
The amenities are first class featuring a gorgeous resort-style pavilion offering well-appointed outdoor kitchen, laundry and restroom facilities, and a large community fire pit. Across the way, conversations and meditations both flourish in the organic vegetable garden and the strum of a guitar often blows through from under the twinkle of bistro lights. And the professionally groomed catch and release stock pond can’t be beat! From a practical standpoint, I also like the screening process and the overall security of the property. The guests I’ve seen to be an eclectic mix of folks with one common interest- to not take themselves too seriously. Gotta love em.
My favorite thing about being here is sitting on the bridge watching the sunset on the western hillside behind the 3 wooden crosses as the horse graze. I mean, money can’t buy happiness. But it can buy me a little RV and slice of heaven at Prairie Lakes Ranch. And it can for you too I suppose. So check em out!! Can’t say enough good things about this magical place and the unending hospitality of hosts Mark and Sha!
